- Contents: monkey head mushroom, dried enoki mushroom, & dried agaricus mushroom and other herbs
Cooking Instructions
- Add herbs in a pot with 2.5 to 3 litres of water.
- Add 300g to 500g of preferred meat (pork ribs or chicken)
- Bring to boil and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Add other ingredients and flavouring to your preference.
